Based on an entry in China's regulatory agency TENAA, it looks like OPPO will launch a Find X variant that will have a massive 10GB of RAM. The latest to do so is a new version of the Oppo Find X, with a 10GB RAM model headed to China later this year.
Oppo has not revealed any information about the upcoming variant of the Find X. We expect the company to announce the device in the upcoming weeks. It offers the same 256GB of on-board storage. The phone packs in a 3,730mAh battery under the hood with VOOC fast charging.

OPPO claims the SuperVOOC Flash Charge technology allows the 3400mAh capacity battery on the Find X Super Flash Edition to achieve 100% charge in mere 35 minutes. The device sports dual rear cameras and single front cameras which will be hidden unless required. Oppo also claims that the motorised camera module can open or close in just 0.5 seconds. The Oppo Find X did well offline also.
The Oppo Find X was first launched back in July featuring 6.4-inch, Full HD AMOLED display with pixel resolution of 2340×1080. The Find X does not include a microSD card slot, which means further expansion is not supported. On the front, there is a 25MP lens for capturing portraits, selfies, and awesome videos. Originally the phone was only supposed to have 8GB of RAM with either 128GB of 256GB of storage, but now a 10GB, 256GB model has revealed itself.
