Weinstein can also be heard on the video asking Thompson for a drink later at the Tribeca Grand, to which she agreed because she thought meeting in the lobby of a hotel "felt much safer than being alone with him in his office".
Released through an exclusive story by Sky News, the footage shows Weinstein touching and making sexually suggestive comments to Melissa Thompson, who was at Weinstein's offices in NY for a business meeting in 2011.
Sky News obtained the video of a 2011 meeting at The Weinstein Company offices in Manhattan between Weinstein and Melissa Thompson, who worked for a tech startup at the time and was pitching him an analytics product.
After the meeting, she says, Weinstein arranged to meet her a few hours later at a hotel lobby, where she thought they were going to close the deal, according to Sky News.
The video only captures the two from the waist up but does show Thompson reacting with discomfort and telling Weinstein: "That's too high".
"It is hot, you're hot", Weinstein replies. "Let me have a little part of you", he insists.
"Now I see he's trying, in any way he can, to move me into that zone of comfortable then uncomfortable and confused, and vulnerable, and recognising that he's powerful and I'm not, and that I need this deal from him, and he has the power to give it to me". "That's a little high".
Thompson is one of more than 70 women, primarily from young actresses and women employed in the film industry, who has accused Weinstein of sexual misconduct, including harassment and rape.

Nintendo revealed this morning that its next Nintendo Direct presentation has been rescheduled for tomorrow, September 13. Mario , with newly-added online multiplayer, with Nintendo promising that 20 NES games will be available at launch.
Throughout the rest of the meeting, Weinstein sexually harasses Thompson, running his hand up her leg at one point.
Weinstein's lawyer said the full video "demonstrates that there is nothing forceful" and shows "casual, if not awkward, flirting from both parties". He will appear in court next week in relation to six counts of sexual assault that involve three women.
Thompson told Sky News Weinstein was "playing a cat-and-mouse game from the very beginning to see how far he could push me, and what my reactions might be so that he could gauge how he would play with (me), where my levers were, what were my vulnerabilities".
Thompson tells Sky News that at one point in the meeting Weinstein reached his hand under the desk and put it under Thompson's skirt.
"If I tried to fight myself away from him, he would more around to block me in somewhere and he's a big individual". Thompson says, cordially shoving Weinstein.
But Brafman accused Thompson to trying to bolster her position in the lawsuit. However, she said when she arrived, he led her up to her room and raped her. The recording and alleged rape are reportedly being used as part of a civil suit against Weinstein.
"I never met anyone that I couldn't handle until Harvey Weinstein", she said.
"This is a further attempt to publicly disgrace Mr Weinstein for financial gain, and we will not stand for it".
