Samsung Galaxy Note 9 India launch could be closer than expected

The new teaser showed off the yellow stylus that comes with the blue edition of the phone having 512GB version with support for up to 512GB microSD cards.

According to a video spotted by SamMobile, Samsung New Zealand had uploaded a video by accident showing off some of the headline features of the anticipated handset.

The Note 8 also claimed an all-day battery life, so it's not a given that Samsung has upgraded the 3,300-mAh capacity for the Note 9. The Galaxy Note 9 is expected to be available on 24 August.

Now, however, an official image of Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has been leaked by none other than Samsung. A photo of the rear of the Galaxy Note 9 on the page confirms numerous rumored features.

Under the title "A lot can change in a day", the company advertised the showcase event slated for August 9 through three different video clips, each depicting everyday problems people face while using smartphones. We get confirmation that the rear fingerprint sensor has moved from the Note 8's annoying off-center position next to the flash, to a central point below the dual cameras. And if that's not enough, a retail box has already been leaked, revealing all of its key specifications. A variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB / 512GB storage is also expected. The 128GB variant has been listed with a price of RM4299, which equals to around Rs 72,000. Not only do we have a very detailed look at the yet to be announced device, certain markets will receive a 512GB variant as well. A report has now leaked the pricing details of the Galaxy Note 9 as well.
