Magic Leap's headset is an augmented reality device that overlays graphical images on the real world you're looking at through the goggles. There are only a few games now out, though more should come as developers get their hands on the system. The Magic Leap One Creators Edition is available in selected parts of the U.S. starting at Dollars 2,295 and includes the Lightwear headset, Lightpack computing pack and Control handheld input device. It's also only available to developers in six markets in the U.S. The GPU is an Nvidia Pascal with 256 CUDA cores, and the Lightpack has 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage capacity and a lithium-ion battery, though a full charge only powers three hours of continuous use. Magic Leap has additionally offered Magic Kit that includes sample code, tech writeups, and design diaries to help developers easily begin their journey in the emerging world of mixed reality and build new experiences for the Magic Leap One. These include Tonandi, developed with the band Sigur Ros to experience their music in a new interactive, audio-visual experience, and Create, a mixed reality experience for users to develop their own adventures at home, developed by Magic Leap Studios.
