"As of present, [Pitt] has paid no meaningful child support since separation", Jolie's attorney Samantha Bley DeJean wrote in a legal briefing obtained by NBC News.

Angelina's spokesperson Mindy Nyby denied earlier claims by TMZ that her lawyer Laura Wasser, who has been with her since filing for divorce from Brad, quit because the Maleficent actress was being 'hostile'.

A source close to Pitt told CNN, "It is sad that someone would deliberately misrepresent the situation, especially after Brad has continued to fulfill his commitments".

Angelina Jolie has reportedly claimed that her estranged husband Brad Pitt has not paid any "meaningful" in the last 18 months, but sources claim the allegations are a publicity stunt to try and make him look bad.

This claim comes as a shock considering how long and hard the 54-year-old actor has fought for partial custody of his children-in fact, it's the main reason the parents of six have yet to finalize their divorce.

Since the former couple have yet to officially divorce any financial agreement was an "informal arrangement" according to DeJean.

That fire, which is now 43% contained, has destroyed more than 1,000 homes and burned over 160,000 acres. He said it's "being diverted into the Pacific Ocean". "Must also tree clear to stop fire spreading!"

The judge warned Jolie directly, "If the minor children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time they spend with [Jolie] and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to [Pitt]". Their eldest son Maddox was adopted from Cambodia in 2002.

But a source claims to ET that Jolie's latest move is in retaliation over the actress being ordered by a judge in June to help fix her children's relationship with Pitt.

Pitt's representatives declined to comment.

The brood is now living in London with Jolie as she films Maleficent 2, while Pitt has spent his court-ordered time with the kids in London and Los Angeles, where he is shooting Quentin Tarantino's new movie, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

The "Moneyball" actor said in an interview a year ago that he had quit drinking, was undergoing therapy and that he and Jolie had made a decision to abandon "vitriolic hatred" and work together to sort out their issues.
