Cape Town - Following a day of official royal business at Trooping the Colour, Prince George and Princess Charlotte had the best time at a polo event on Sunday.

Excited by the prospect of her third parade, three-year-old Charlotte could be seen practicing her regal wave before clapping excitedly as each plane flew overhead.

The outing comes after yesterday's Trooping The Colour ceremony, in which Charlotte enjoyed the flyover alongside her older brother Prince George as well as Peter Phillips and Autumn Kelly's daughter Savannah Phillips.

Over the course of the day, the little royals could be seen playing with a huge slinky, a miniature golf set, arts and crafts and the controversial toy gun.

However, several people on Twitter have shared their outrage as one of the toys Prince George was playing with was a toy gun.

Justice Department takes aim at heart of health law
The Trump administration's stance is a rare departure from the Justice Department's practice of defending federal laws in court. The lawsuit could easily go all the way to the Supreme Court before there is a resolution, which could take years.

The kids also got to play polo themselves.

Meanwhile, Prince George and Princess Charlotte were in proper play clothes.

Princess Charlotte threw a small tantrum at one point but it was still pretty adorable. No child in this day and age should look at any gun as a fun toy.

The moment has been captured, with people going gaga over this royal Tow Sawyer-like child, also giving a flawless throwback to the time Prince Harry shared a similar moment with Princess Beatrice.

Prince William and Kate Middleton's four year old son appeared to be in a mischievous mood as he stood on the balcony of Buckingham Palace with the rest of his family, including Princess Charlotte, talking the whole way through the National Anthem.
