Bethesda has announced the new DOOM game, called DOOM Eternal, during their presentation at E3 2018. Um, we don't know yet.

At E3 2018, Bethesda revealed Doom Eternal.

Doom Eternal is now in development for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One, and it'll be released sometime in the not too distant future.

With the resounding success of DOOM (2016), the devs over at id Software decided that a sequel was in order.

"DOOM" is back once more, and now those demons are all over Earth in "DOOM Eternal" - the sequel to 2016's excellent refresh of the franchise. Although we did not learn much about its story, we got an exciting teaser and some hints, which helps us imagine some possible scenarios.

During Bethesda's annual E3 press conference the company showed a teaser trailer that featured numerous iconic enemies from the series, including the minotaur-like cyber-demon and the giant spider-brains with a mounted laser.

Unfortunately, the creative directors of the game had only enough information to wet our whistles, and nothing more. The game will also feature a soundtrack by Mick Gordon and will see players fighting new and returning enemies across different dimensions.
