BlackBerry Key2 goes official with dual cameras, upgraded keyboard

Once again, the fingerprint sensor has been built into the space bar and, happily, the "back", "home", and "recent apps" keys are no longer permanent stencils and will now only light up when needed. Then there's the touchpad element of the keyboard; it can be used to scroll up and down the page, but it is far from seamless; you'd have to really hate touching the screen to want to use it.

Boasting a lightweight and clean aluminum frame, with a stunning 4.5-inch touch display made of impact resistant Gorilla Glass, the rear of the device has been updated with a new diamond pattern that adds to the premium design while also adding more grip and comfort.

As Blackberry did not bring anything special in the size and screen of the Key2, they added an extra camera on the back of the phone. But from a security point of view that shouldn't be a problem as BlackBerry re-writes the kernel to make the operating system vastly more secure than stock Android which Google ships to manufacturers out of the box. There are some new software features too, including a new intelligent battery feature that learns how you use your device, and a "private locker" function that will let you lock individual apps behind a fingerprint or password. The phone will go on sale this month globally at a starting price of United States dollars 649 (EUR 649/ INR 43,558 approx).

"It continues to amaze me that the market doesn't recognize that BlackBerry is arguably the better choice if you are concerned at all about safety and privacy", said Enderle. Compare the processor of the Key2 to the cutting edge Snapdragon 845 built into both the OnePlus 6 and LG G7 (both in the same price range), and the Key2 doesn't look like a wise investment.

Blackberry Key2 being the most advanced smartphone by Blackberry, still not much different from past Blackberry phones' iconic identity. BlackBerry Hub will also be supportive for many users.

Celebrity Family Feud was taped back in February , which was why Khloe was still pregnant in the episode. Since West is a big fan of Family Feud , he offered to have his family go up against the Kardashians .

There will be a BlackBerry KEY2 Pop-Up Shop in NYC for two days only: June 8 and 9, 10a-7pm at 361 West 12th Street.

BlackBerry lost their way in the changing times. Even including an application that provides an "at a glance" security meter to show how apps access your personal mobile data such as your location, access to your camera, microphone, and more, with active controls over your mobile privacy and safety.

BlackBerry has at least managed to keep up with the competition in one department, and that's the camera. One 12MP shooter features a f/1.8 aperture and the other sports an f/2.6 aperture.

The telephoto lens comes in handy when capturing portraits with a bokeh effect (defocused background), as well as for photos with optical zoom. The formidable camera setup is similar to that of the similarly price HTC U12+, though not quite up to the standard of a photography powerhouse like the Huawei P20 Pro. Visitors will be able to go hands-on with the KEY2 before the rest of the world and BlackBerry will be giving away a voucher for a KEY2 every hour that the pop-up is open! It has a better keyboard and better software, while its cameras have seen a significant overhaul. The only common link is the classic BlackBerry keyboard.
