The smartphone, which is likely to launch soon, will reportedly be powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with 6GB RAM and 128GB on-board storage. The leaked specs sheet has revealed that it features a 6-inch FullVision OLED display that will deliver FHD+ resolution of 2880 x 1440 pixels.
According to the leaked images, the smartphone will feature a 18:9 aspect ratio with an nearly bezel-less display. Both LG G7 ThinQ smartphones carry almost the similar set of specifications. The V35 ThinQ also borrows the 8-megapixel selfie camera from the G7 ThinQ.
LG G7 ThinQ to hit shelves this week
The company said it plans to purchase used smartphones from buyers of the LG G7 ThinQ for up to 185,000 won. Since the phone is expected to come with a ThinQ branding, you can expect some AI smarts implemented in the camera and through the UI.
In the US, Verizon will start taking pre-orders of the LG G7 ThinQ from May 24, while US Cellular will start selling it from June 1. Recently, the phone was listed on the FCC certification portal with a codename LM-V350EM, hinting at imminent launch. From this information, we can expect the device to cost around $700. Now, the company is starting to roll out the device globally starting with its home country, South Korea.
