This would be PUBG PC update 7, which was released in the early hours this morning, following three hours of server downtime.

Away from the new emotes, fans will be able to use a new in-game friends list for the first time this week. You will have 12 default emotes to choose from, though we don't know what they are, and "more emotes will be added in the future". To perform them in game, you hold down the emote menu key, which defaults to ~, and then you left click the emote you want.

Update: The new PUBG update is now live, along with the full patch notes. Independent of Steam friends lists, the PUBG friends list "is a one-way follower concept, not a mutual acceptance between players". If you have a PUBG account, you can add friends regardless of the platform they're using, whether it's Steam, Mail.ru, or DMM. You also now have the ability to voice chat with your teammates while in the main menu. Following the recent anti-cheat update, PUBG Corp. didn't offer any further information about when or if this patch would be coming back.

According to Bluehole Inc, this will include mitigating lag and stutter instances and alleviated frame drop and lag occurrences happening when players are pushed together.

Time Warner Inc (TWX) Expected to Announce Quarterly Sales of $7.95 Billion
After $0.78 actual earnings per share reported by AT&T Inc. for the previous quarter, Wall Street now forecasts 8.97% EPS growth. Following the transaction, the director now directly owns 27,785 shares in the company, valued at approximately $2,600,953.85.

More new and much-needed features will soon be added to "PUBG", and players are advised to keep their eyes open for announcements.

"As you are all aware, we were also going to introduce and test our new limb and vehicle penetration system this month".

So, the developers chose to roll back the update and work on it until it's more stable. The patch notes have also been made available.
