Nick Gordon, the former boyfriend of Bobbi Kristina Brown, was arrested on domestic violence charges for the second time in one year Saturday in Florida.

Over the weekend, Nick was arrested by cops for an incident that is being described as "battery-touch or strike", according to TMZ.

Last June, Gordon was arrested in Sanford, Florida, for domestic violence and kidnapping his girlfriend at the time.

According to the police report, Gordon told cops his girlfriend refused to leave his residence after throwing a bottle at him and ripping his shirt. He also reportedly wanted to crash the auto she was driving. It is reportedly listed as a domestic violence case for which he has allegedly posted $500 bond but has yet to be released by police.

The arresting officer says he saw visible marks on the woman, and placed Gordon under arrest even though the woman refused to press charges. He claims she attacked him for no reason, and he called her "crazy".

Gordon was previously arrested for allegedly kidnapping and beating Leal in June a year ago.

Gordon is the one who found Houston's daughter and his then-girlfriend, Bobbi Kristina, unresponsive and face down in a bathtub three years ago after a night of partying and arguing.

The arrest comes nine months after Gordon was charged for domestic violence involving Leal, but she stopped cooperating and the charges were dropped.

Gordon has been in the headlines since the death of his ex-girlfriend, the late Bobbi Kristina Brown, in July 2015.
