"People are aware of the show, you don't' have to build awareness".

When the show ended in 2003, Buffy and her college-aged friends had destroyed their hometown, Sunnydale, and the Hellmouth.

He said that while Fox has brought back some favorite shows, it's not what the network focuses on.

Fox Chairman and CEO Gary Newman was speaking at INTV about the recent revival of old television properties and he revealed that rebooting "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" is something that gets brought up often.

He added, "It's something we talk about frequently". "Joss Whedon is one of the greatest creators we've ever worked for. When Joss decides it's time, we'll do it", Newman explains.

"Splinter Cell 2018" listed on Ubisoft's Amazon page
This timing would ideally mean that we can expect that Splinter Cell game this year. And do you think that Ubisoft will reveal it at this year's E3?

The network already has several revivals airing now, including another '90s cult hit, The X-Files, which has not been doing well ratings-wise. Unfortunately, he didn't seem that interested in bringing back his fan-favorite series last spring. "The 24 franchise... we'll always want it". It wouldn't be like, 'I can't believe we're still in high school! Buffy Summers: cheerleader, blonde, valley girl turned savior of the universe.

"You don't want that feeling that you should have left before the encore". Buffy had no problem wearing heels or cute dresses to battle. That picture of the two sword fighting looks way less intense than the sword fight that went down between Buffy and Angelus in the series, and also much less sad! For example, while I do still ship Bangel (Buffy/Angel), there are stalking and power dynamics regarding age that exist within that couple.

'I hope it feels like a good, proper goodbye, because they deserve it, ' says the actress. You can see everything from Jessica Jones to Teen Wolf taking its cues from Buffy. No, but most, if not all of them, try to use some elements of the Buffy model. We have all learned a lot from Buffy, and the best part is, that never ends.

Sarah Michelle Gellar gave fans a healthy mixture of pictures from the show's past and present with some serious shots peppered in with other goofier ones. And I love that it can live in comic form and graphic novels. The fanbase for Buffy exists as strongly as ever in terms of participating in discourse. Of course, hardcore Buffy fans have been keeping up with the adult-aged Scoobies in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer comics, which are now up to Season 12. The fandom is creating more Buffy all the time, and that's great!
