Motorola is providing a Moto TurboPower mod with every purchase of the Moto Z2 Force. Apart from Moto X 5, new Motorola Moto G 6, G 6 Plus and G 6 Play will also be launched. It features a redesigned oblong-shaped fingerprint scanner enabled home button.

In a segmented smartphone market which has OEMs that bring out phones with glass bodies as well as durable metal ones, Motorola chose to hit the middle ground with its Z2 Force. MotoMods accessories can be connected to the pogo connector pins on the bottom portion of the back panel.

Motorola had launched its Moto Z2 Force in the United States at a starting price of $799 which is approximately Rs 50,000.

Screen: The Moto Z2 Force comes with a 5.5-inch Quad HD ShatterShield display. Internally, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor and comes coupled with 6GB RAM and Adreno 540 GPU. The OnePlus 5T and Mi Mix 2 have thin bezels and an 18:9 aspect ratio. It has an internal storage of 64 GB. This can further be expanded by up to 256GB via microSD card. The device will come with Android Oreo out of the box and will be source its power from a 2,730mAh battery. There is a 5MP selfie snapper on the front, geared with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture 85-degree wide-angle lens. More features include phase detection autofocus, laser auto-focus, and dual-tone flash. The downside is that the phone gets uncomfortably hot, and gets fairly bulky with the mod attached. In terms of optics, the Moto Z2 Force offers dual rear cameras with a 12MP RGB sensor and 12MP Monochrome sensor. It comes pre-installed with Android 7.1 Nougat.

Priced at Rs 34,999, the phone comes bundled with Moto TurboPower Pack mod which serves as an additional battery for the device. As far as connectivity is concerned, the Z2 Force provides its users with options like dual-SIM support, 4G VoLTE, dual band Wi-Fi with MIMO, Bluetooth, USB-C, NFC and Global Positioning System. For the convenience of the user, the company is providing a 3.5mm to USB-C adapter along with the phone. With that said, the SD835 inside the Moto Z2 Force is capable enough to meet up with almost everything you throw at its; starting from heavy gaming to multitasking. The smartphone will be available exclusively via Flipkart starting tonight. Later on, it will be also made available through offline partners of Motorola.
