North Korea held 'warm' but 'candid' talks with South Korea

A North Korean art troupe put on a concert in Seoul on Sunday to celebrate the ongoing Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, with President Moon Jae In and the North's high-ranking delegation, including its leader Kim Jong Un's sister, in attendance.

North Korea has sent a delegation of 22 athletes to compete in five disciplines, with their women's ice hockey players to compete in a unified Korean team.

A visit by Moon to the North would enable the first summit between leaders from the two Koreas since 2007, and would mark only the third inter-Korean summit to take place.
