Building collapses in Bengaluru, at least 4 killed, many trapped

Until now, around six workers have been rescued. The injured were rescued and shifted to a private hospital where one of them is in a critical situation.

"We are concentrating on the rescue operation". The building was located on Kasavanahalli's Sarjapur road. The people who were nearby started rescuing the labourers, while informing the rescue team. 15 more workers were reportedly trapped under the debris.

Raj also said that though the under-construction building was five-storeyed, the builders were only sanctioned to build three storeys. The city police and National Disaster Relief Force personnel have rushed to the site for rescue operations, Karnataka State Emergency Operation Centre tweeted.
