According to TMZ, the 31-year-old is suing the National Basketball Association star for palimony, which is basically alimony for people who were cohabitants but not married. But a month before the wedding Griffin wanted them to have a prenup going back on their original oral agreement.
On Wednesday, Valentine's Day, Brynn filed a palimony suit against him, claiming that after "cruelly embarrassing his family with his public fawning over [Kendall] Jenner", he told her he "had no intention of continuing to live with her".
"Griffin did not know how to handle confrontations and would go silent when things did not go his way".
Brynn Cameron has filed a palimony lawsuit against her baby daddy, Blake Griffin, claiming he shamelessly abandoned her and their children for Kendall Jenner. She refused, stating that this went against their previous agreement and he called off the wedding a week before it was supposed to happen. Cameron, meanwhile, also has a kid with former star USC quarterback Matt Lienart.
Soon after the sessions, Cameron discovered through media reports that Griffin was dating Jenner.

He played teams including the Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago White Sox, Pittsburgh Pirates, and New York Yankees. The pitcher made over $43 million in his career, according to Baseball Reference.
The suit says Griffin "cared more about the glamour of dating a Hollywood celebrity than the day-to-day responsibilities of being a father and family man".
"Griffin has no problem trading Brynn Cameron, his former fiancée and the mother of his two children, for reality television star Kendall Jenner", according to the documents, which compare the 28-year-old basketball player's recent trade from the Los Angeles Clippers to the Detroit Pistons to trading Cameron, 31, for Jenner, 22.
It was reported in December that Griffin's romance with Jenner had sparked a nasty custody battle.
Although it is unknown how much Brynn is looking to gain from the suit, she says Griffin, who in June signed a $173 MILLION contract, left her and her family in a dire situation. Over the summer, Griffin dumped Cameron, a former USC basketball player, to pursue "a glamorous Hollywood relationship" with Jenner, a top worldwide model and co-star of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians", The Blast reported.
The suit claims that Cameron and their two kids are homeless and strapped for cash relying on her brother for money.
