The sponsor will also represent Danica's final Indy 500 in May as part of her "Danica Double". Her crew chief for next month's Daytona 500 is also a familiar face, former crew chief Tony Eury Jr. The one-race deal will put Danica in the No. 7 GoDaddy Chevrolet Camaro, the same auto number she competed with in her first foray into stock vehicle racing at Daytona in 2010.

To be the final race in NASCAR for Patrick, things couldn't be any better.

Eury agrees. "It wouldn't be just any opportunity that could coax me back to the pit box, working with Danica and GoDaddy again at Daytona is going to be fun - when you can do what you love and be in your element ... well, I can tell you, it doesn't get any better".

Tony Eury Jr., seemed just as excited about the reunion.

In the 2013 Daytona 500, she became the first woman to win the pole position and lead a race in NASCAR's premier series.

Premium Motorsports has a charter for Patrick's entry, guaranteeing her a spot in the field.

Danica Patrick announced her retirement from full-time racing back in November, saying that she will be finished with her driving role after competing in the 2018 Daytona 500 as well as the Memorial Day bash in Indy.

"It's great to have everything come together with Danica and GoDaddy for the Daytona 500", said Baldwin.

For a while, the odds of her landing a ride in either of those two races were not great. The AP reported that the vehicle will be locked into the field through a charter and will receive engineering support from Richard Childress Racing.

Premium Motorsports has not yet announced its full driver lineup for the 2018 season.

According to a report from ESPN, Patrick's funding comes from GoDaddy-her longtime sponsor in both IndyCar and NASCAR.
