Actress Naya Rivera and husband Ryan Dorsey are calling it quits for the second time.

And now, court papers obtained by state that Rivera, 30, has made the move to submit legal documents to restart the termination of their marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences".

Interestingly, she lists the date of separation as November 24.

Local news reporter Kalea Gunderson, who was in the courtroom while she was arraigned, stated that "Ryan Dorsey told police she struck him in the head and bottom lip when they were on a walk with their child".

Naya Rivera was arrested in November and charged with domestic battery.

"This is a hard time for everyone in the family especially for Naya and I", Dorsey shared on Twitter after the incident.

Meyer was hired when the Colts were 0-13 and after three seasons, they were 9-6 during another strike-shortened year. Meyer played quarterback and defensive back in the early 1960s at Purdue, where his coaching career began.

Dorsey released a statement on Twitter at the time, asking for "privacy" at the time.

Rivera has yet to publicly comment on the matter.

The two somewhat unexpectedly tied the knot in 2014 just months after Rivera's engagement to rapper Big Sean ended. "Many people close to Naya are urging her to seek immediate help for the sake of her son and herself".

It comes just two months after Rivera called off their divorce proceedings when the pair - who Wednesday in 2014 - reconciled following their split in November 2016.

"It is what it is, but I'm glad that my family is together", she explained at the time.
