That doesn't come without cutting some corners, of course - and HTC found places to cut back just about everywhere. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, HTC U11 Plus is backed by 4 GB and 6GB RAM coupled with 64 GB and 128 GB of the internal storage, respectively. It packs a 12 MP primary camera and a BoomSound speaker which the manufacturer says is an improvement on previous models.

The best part of it all is that the device will come running on the new Android 8.0 Oreo so buyers won't have to wait for the update.

The HTC U11 Plus may sound like it's just a larger version of the phone we saw earlier this year, but there are some big changes to the spec and look of the phone too. The firm hit a very hard patch after its glory days in the early 2010s, but it can now take pride in a comprehensive, high-quality mobile offering.

The HTC U11 Plus wasn't the only phone announced by the company.

Mark Hughes "pleased" with a point against Leicester City
It is hard to accept one point but Kasper saved well at the end so then OK, we take a point. Stoke manager Mark Hughes praised Crouch for turning the game around.

The Sense version is already available for purchase in the States, but the question is should you buy it? The bad news for fans in the U.S. is that the U11 Plus will not be released there. The phone will easily last for a day even if you are a heavy user.

It comes with both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa pre-installed, plus HTC's Sense Companion is here to use if you want to get recommendations based on the things you do with your phone. Of, and it's worth noting that, as with the standard U11, the headphone jack is gone here, marking one of the first time a budget handset has dropped the port.

It will available in Translucent Black, Ceramic Black, and Amazing Silver beginning mid-December in select markets across the Middle East including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.

What actually happened was the "Muskie" got axed, the LG "Taimen" became the Pixel XL 2 which eventually launched, alongside HTC's "Walleye" Pixel 2. United Kingdom fans will be able to pre-order the phone on November 20 but the shipping time is not yet known. The decision is up to you, but to recap the HTC U11 Life offers a sleek design, it's Cat.9 LTE compatible, comes with HTC USonic earbuds and includes the Edge Sense gimmick.
